Since 2001, Justin has combined deep local expertise with a strategic approach to deliver successful outcomes. He is well known for simplifying complex transactions and guiding clients through every stage of the process—from pricing strategy and marketing, to negotiations and closing—while using his experience as professional foresight to mitigate client risk and provide the right approach, the right exposure, and the right execution for the best possible outcome. Justin holds special designations as a Military Relocation Professional, Distinctive (luxury) Properties Specialist, and he is a member of the National Association of Realtors adhering to Code of Ethics standards and public policy.
Justin has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication (Journalism) from Weber State University. Combined with his prior career as a newspaperman, this gives him a distinct edge in high-stakes communication, positioning, and negotiation skills. He understands how to tell a home’s story in a way that captures attention, creates demand, and drives results. Hard work and providence preside through every client interaction and transaction.
Justin’s service in the Utah Army National Guard (128th Public Affairs Detachment), Army ROTC (WSU Wildcat Battalion), and Civil Air Patrol (RAF Alconbury, England) instilled in him a mission-first mindset. He approaches each client’s goals as a mission, with discipline, accountability, and unwavering commitment.
Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, marketing luxury properties, supporting military or corporate relocations, or advising investors along the Wasatch Front, Justin provides steady guidance backed by experience and strategy. He is deeply connected to the communities he serves, proudly calling Weber County, Utah, home and remaining actively involved both professionally and civically, including: Habitat for Humanity of Northern Utah (Board of Directors), Ogden/Weber Chamber of Commerce (Legislative Affairs), Northern Wasatch & Utah Association of Realtors (Government Affairs), Weber County GOP (Vice Chair), and BNI – Golden Spike Chapter (Ogden, UT).
When not working or serving his community and church in Farr West, Justin is a family man at heart who enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and grandkiddos - travelling, golfing, camping in the mountains, and fly fishing on the river.
