I’m Justin Scott—real estate is more than my career; it’s a legacy.  As a third-generation Realtor and Associate Broker serving Northern Utah, I’ve spent nearly three decades helping hundreds of families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and clarity for their home sales and purchases.

I believe with hard work and Providence, we are called to serve others, and that belief is at the center of how I do business.  Real estate is about guiding people to wise decisions, protecting what matters most, and providing a better product/service at the best price.

Since 2001, I’ve combined deep local expertise with global reach, to deliver results that are successful, efficient, strategic, and tailored to each client. My role is to simplify the process, mitigate risk, and make your experience as smooth and convenient as possible. From pricing strategy to negotiations to closing, I focus on delivering the best possible outcome with the right approach, the right exposure, and the right execution.

With a background in journalism from Weber State University and experience as a newspaperman, I understand the power of positioning and communication. I possess a foundational work ethic that thrives on deadlines and high-stakes communication. I don’t just list your home, I tell its story in a way that captures attention, creates demand, and drives results.

My time serving in the Utah Army National Guard (128th Public Affairs Detachment), Army ROTC (WSU Wildcat Battalion), and Civil Air Patrol (while stationed at RAF Alconbury, England), instilled in me a mission-first mindset. Your goals become my mission, and I approach every transaction with discipline, integrity, and accountability.
