Justin Scott is the man the myth the legend that my wife and I had the pleasure of working with. He took great care of us and helped us become knowledgeable about buying our first home! Justin and his team were on top of it with all the paperwork and the due diligence that needed to be done. He listened to everything we wanted and gave really good advice. Justin Scott is a fantastic real estate agent. He demonstrated that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local housing market. I signed up with Justin in mid-2020 and we looked at multiple properties; hopeful to sell a couple of our current homes and to move into our “dream” home. The difficulty was the dreaded COVID, but not Justin. He continued to present home after home and every time we viewed a new property Justin would look for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, location, etc. The task was tall, as we had many requirements for our home…especially finding something that works for 10 kids; most of them home and a couple not. Justin led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found that all the properties just weren’t right for us, yet Justin never waived and continue to provide the service we needed. He remained positive and happy. We finally decided to build a home, to where we had more control of what we wanted in a home vs what others thought that they liked in their home and we had to settle for those things. We spoke with Justin and he assisted us step-by-step through entire process of building a home. He worked directly with the building agent to help make the process as smooth as possible. As we got closer to completion of our new home, unfortunately 10 months later, we knew right away that Justin would be the guy for “selling” our current home. We met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. He would answer calls and texts and provided great answers to our random questions. Justin made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should) do, like providing suggestions and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and it knocked out the competition. We listed our house on the MLS on Thursday morning and by Sunday morning we had 5 strong offers. Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market. We accepted and Justin walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience and took any pressure off us. It was worth every penny in paying for realtor fees, since we knew Justin would handle and assist. Justin makes selling and buying very stress free and enjoyable. I recommend Justin Scott to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. He is honest and hands-on. I would think long and hard on who you pick for an agent. We did and I couldn’t be happier. Don’t sit back and wish that you picked a better agent. Make an easy choice and pick Justin. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
